The very compact injection moulding machine (only 1.85 m2 footprint) features a cantilevered clamping unit which offers easy access and room for individual options or automated systems. The construction is simple, clear, and ergonomical.
Two different size injection units with six different screw diameters offer a wide range of individual equipment options.
Designed for the fully automatic processing of thermoplastics, elastomers, silicones, PIM, hot melt and many other plastic materials, BOY has developed high-efficient injection moulding machines with clamping forces up to 1.000 kN. BOY stands for maximum economy, best energy efficiency through low energy consumption and reliable quality - Made in Germany. The servo motor pump drive, the compact design and the cantilevered two platen locking system are features that mark these products at the top of the plastic processing industry. Since 1968, BOY shipped nearly 50.000 injection moulding machines around the world from the plant in Neustadt-Fernthal.
