At this year’s Plastpol in Kielce, taking place from 19 to 22 May, the event will celebrate not only the trade fair’s 30th anniversary but also the 10th anniversary of 1.PLASTCOMPANY. The company will be presenting forward-looking solutions from its long-standing partner, BOY, in Hall 3, booth B03.
Once again, a range of highly interesting and cutting-edge technological solutions will be showcased at the event.
This year, three machines will be on display at the booth. The first is the smallest model – the BOY XS E injection moulding machine, which is regarded as a leader in the field of micro and small-part injection moulding thanks to its compact footprint and production capacity. This machine is used to produce bottle openers.
In addition, the spotlight will be on two further machines that made their debut last year. The first is the BOY 20 E PRO – the successor to the BOY 22 A PRO. This machine is equipped with a servo drive and the Procan ALPHA® 4 control system. It is characterised by low energy consumption, a very small footprint of just 1.8 m² and an attractive price point, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of applications. During the trade fair, it will be used to manufacture technical components using a 6-cavity mould.
The third machine to be unveiled is the largest model in the Electric series – the BOY 100 Electric. This application impressively demonstrates the advantages of the electromechanical injection moulding machine: cycle time optimisation through parallel motion, a highly dynamic injection process, high repeatability and precise motion sequences.
A key highlight is the full integration of the Procan ALPHA® 6 control system with the Handling system LR 5, enabling operation without an additional control panel – clear evidence of the advanced approach to production automation. This machine is used for the fully automated production of lunchboxes within an integrated production cell.
Trade visitors are warmly invited to visit the booth and see for themselves the innovative solutions and the capabilities of the technologies on display.
