Spotlight on BOY XS E: Polmak Plastik showcases compact injection moulding technology at Plast Eurasia
The partnership between BOY and Polmak Plastik has been in place for more than 15 years. During this time, the two companies have successfully combined their areas of expertise.
At Plast Eurasia, 2–5 December 2026, in Istanbul, Dr. Boy GmbH & Co. KG, together with its Turkish distribution partner Polmak Plastik, will be presenting the compact BOY XS E injection moulding machine. In Hall 12, Booth 1213, visitors will have the opportunity to discover the smallest machine in the BOY portfolio and find out about the latest solutions for micro and small-part injection moulding.
The injection moulding machine, with a clamping force of 100 kN, impresses with its minimal footprint of just 1,02 m² and high precision. Thanks to innovative and tried-and-tested technologies, the machine offers numerous applications in the injection moulding of micro and small parts. The free-standing two-platen clamping unit with a diagonal arrangement of the tie bars ensures that the plasticising unit, mould cavity and ejector are easily accessible, which facilitates the integration of automation equipment. In addition to the energy benefits provided by the E-series drive technology, the servo drive also impresses with its high dynamics and extremely smooth running.
